These tours occur throughout the spring, summer, and fall. If you don't see a pre-scheduled date that works for you, pick a date and tell us the tour! If we are not already committed, then it's a go. Market and the Mob Tour: -With the Western Farmers Market long gone, come tour one of Detroit’s greatest institutions and see Techno Town along with learning about Detroit's mob history.To many, Detroit’s Eastern Farmers Market is one of the area’s best institutions. However Long before Flower Day became a staple of Detroit’s Eastern Market, the Market was home to Detroit’s ruthless organized crime families. Learn not just about the Market’s history, but also what the feds still consider Mob Central for Detroit’s mafia. This tour always has encores requested. H.A.U.N.T.E.D. Tour: Saturday, October 30 -During the tour, we will search for the Cass Corridor serial killer that was never caught and some believe still lurks in the alleys waiting for victims and the Doctor turned murderer that dismembered his Cass Corridor victim with a Ginzu knife. Experience a tour among one of Detroit’s most notorious neighborhoods where hookers, pimps, killers, and junkies lived and roamed next to mobsters, musicians, goblins, artists and corrupt politicians. Specialty Tours
Professor T has become the choice of organizations, institutions, and businesses for specialty tours. We will work with you to design your own tour for a cost of $400.00 (for up to 25 people). Recently specialty designed tours include: Detroit's Microsoft Office: -We are extremely pleased to note we have been chosen to design a tour for their new Detroit Office. International Disparities in Development Conference: -Professor T's Tours was hired to provide both walking and bus tours for the International Disparities in Development: Global, Regional, and Local Conference. National Charrett Institute: -A specialty tour of midtown was requested and provided by Professor T for students attending training of the National Charrett Institute. This two hour tour took in the Midtown area from Wayne State University south to the Little Caesars Arena. Global Studies Initiative: -Hire by Monroe County Community College, the Political Science Department's advanced students enjoyed a fun filled and educational tour of the Eastern Market. Boat Tours

See Detroit's Little Venice, tour Chief Engineer Enward Gray's dream community, and visit some of the most notorious rum runner hideouts. Each tour is limited to six people. Mr. Tallerico, a Visiting Instructor in the graduate planning program at the Univ. of Toledo for seven years, presently teaches graduate planning courses at both Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University.
